PEACOCKALENA is a very young lady peahen, who seldom behaves in a ladylike manner. Completely in opposition to the popular conception of the peacock as vain, self-centered and quite stupid, Peacockaleana is wild, cheeky, adventurous, and last but not least, clever and quick-witted. What you see is what you get. And yet Peacockaleana can be loving kindsness itself in person, and her helpfulness is proverbial. Once you've met this long-tailed creature, you'll have to love her. Together with her friends Tully and Nuff, she hops along easily through life, and it doesn't bother her when things go completely wrong -- as they do with an astounding regularity! |
